Hi everybody, we have a special episode for you today.

As you know, we've been doing a fundraiser this month as part of Valentine's Day and

showing love. We've been doing our annual Don't Be a Dursley campaign. So we've

been partnering with this amazing organization based here in Cambridge, Massachusetts

called On the Rise. And On the Rise's work begins with individuals experiencing

homelessness and continues if and when they secure housing. They have an origin as

a women's organization, but their programs have evolved towards the inclusion of

those historically and structurally oppressed based on the basis of gender and

they cultivate long-term relationships that foster safety and belonging. They

offer meals and other necessary resources to get through the day if you are

someone who's experiencing homelessness and we're really lucky to be partnering

with them. What you're going to hear is a conversation between Matt Delphine

Mooney and I. Delphine is the executive director of On the Rise. She's going to

tell us a little bit about the organization and then Matt and I are going to

talk about part of why we're so interested in homelessness in terms of the
