Supreme Court majority put on hold if not on ice.

Late today, Judge Tanya Chutkin unsealed Special Counsel Jack Smith's argument for

reviving the election interference case against Donald Trump. Now Smith has reframed the charges in a way

he hopes will now conform to the Supreme Court's ruling on presidential immunity

and withstand what will all but certainly be more scrutiny from the nine justices.
