Wow what a week?

Obviously the markets were tumultuous but a little scary on the health front too.

So what we did in the Rock Retirement Club yesterday, Thursday is we held a special meet-up and we may do more of them.

We're about 40 of us, we're on a live video audio call, and we talked about perspective on what's going on and

how do we make decisions during some pretty stressful time so I thought I would share some of that with you. I

edited out the conversations and the question and answer that was going on

because protect the identity and voices of our members but I did share a little bit of my perspective

as well as our retirement coach Beach Walker

This was totally ad lib thinking through a lot of things.

I had some organized comments, but I want to share it with you.

So hopefully this helps you in your journey, maybe brings you a little bit of peace, brings you a little bit of power so you can

start to figure out what, if anything, you need to do from a retirement financial perspective. to be intentional

intentional and still rock retirement.
