but this is Chris and I'm back with John and here we go we're going to talk about the September 2006 trade paperback

charts I guess it is right John yeah yeah so I guess I'd like to start right at number one

and no surprise coming out at number one for the month of September and that is pride of

Baghdad hardcover yeah I'm not the least bit surprised by that at all the preview pages in

previews looked amazing um I had to be cutting back myself otherwise I most certainly would have

gotten it it looked beautiful, and go ahead.

Well, I expect another second printing coming to be announced any day soon, you know,

just like they did for Marvel Zombies that, you know, broke all records and whatnot.

So I imagine we'll see a second, even third printing of Pride of Baghdad.

And, yeah, I would expect that. Certainly a soft cover.

I mean, the opening numbers of, you know, 10,700 are really strong.

And this is one that I think would do really well in bookstores.

And I wish I had access to that data.

Yeah, we talked about that last month about how to get data.

Yeah.

Yeah, I'll still work on that up we get it when we

get it yep exactly this just strikes me though predidette Baghdad is something that that has a

much broader appeal potentially than just the comic market and more so than most of the other

things on the list is something I think it would do well

in borders or Amazon or some venue like that.

Yeah, it all depends on, I'm always leery of how a borders or Burns and Noble displays a book

like this, though.
