Summary

The Cherokee Legend of Spearfinger is said to have lived in the Great Smoky Mountains, on the eastern border of Tennessee and in western North Carolina. Her "sharp finger" is the forefinger on her right hand. The sharp finger resembled a spear or an obsidian knife, used to slice her victims.
