This is CBS High in the World. I'm John Bachelor. Space X and Devar, a scrub. Bob Zimmerman

is here. He keeps the website behind the black to explain my shorthand. Bob, and Devar

was scrubbed with the dragon capsule and Devar. Why? What do we know about it? And when

is it rescheduled?

Good evening, John. Well, Devar is one of the lead of four dragon capsules, man capsules

of SpaceX owns. And they were to bring a crew of four astronauts to ISS this week. The

launch was originally scheduled for very late Sunday night, actually, in the morning,

to the morning hours of Monday. But unfortunately, two minutes before launch, they aborted. They

called the hold and then they canceled the launch. Scrubbed it. And the reason they scrubbed

it is because the ignition system on the dragon Falcon 9 rocket, their sensor was not giving

them confirmation that the chemical they used to ignite the engine was not fully loaded

apparently. They could not get data confirming the complete full load of the chemical combo

that they used to ignite. So because they couldn't get a sensor reading, the confirm are

full load, they decided to take a chance and they said, we canceled it. We'll scrub.

They rescheduled this now for Thursday, the second of March, whether it looks good for

that date and so which is the way to see. It's one of these situations with SpaceX and

the NASA launch, they're probably very careful to make sure everything is correct. And

that makes sense. The crew was four astronauts. Three rookies, the Kranda, Steve Bound was

very experienced pilot of the three rookies. You had an American, you had a Russian and

you had a citizen of the United Emirates, that first action or not flying to ISS as part

of tourist bill paid for the SpaceX. We have a SpaceX success however. Second generation

starling satellites. What does that mean, Bob? Why are they going to second generation?
