a learning period when i first read this i thought how does this

connect

segway into it is it is ties into the learning period

but the learning period was it was i want to go into a different story but i

want the learning period was something put forth

in the two thousand and four commercial space amendments that would say that

the next eight years started in all four

uh... uh...

commercial space especially man commercial space that's the flight

tourism

would not be under heavy regulatory control by the f.a.a. to allow them to

experiment with new rockets and new designs
