I'm really well. Really, really happy. What a great day. Another good day. Two good days in a row. It's like 1999 all over again. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Why 99? I don't know. Just remember the 90s fondly. A bit like seeing the 90s, isn't it? With all the haircuts now and all the style and the fashion, the young people's fashion. It's like the 90s all over again, JJ. That's right. And I've been reminded there was some sort of tournament, I believe, that happened in the 90s. Yeah. I can remember, yeah.

Of course, I'm referring to England, winning two-nil against Germany at Wembley and it was lovely, it was lovely, and I enjoy hope. And I think there's going to be a theme of hope throughout this podcast, I've, isn't there? Joy, hope. Well, I should suspect, sorry, because you did have a go at me for not being positive enough after about seven minutes. It's because you were being very negative. You scolded me. You shouted and you raised your voice. Too negative. And we've talked about this before, this kind of toxic positivity that you do. Well, it's infectious. I've infected you with it. You know, big capital letters. Sure. Okay. Well, there we go. Couldn't have got off to a better start this show. But you know what else? Couldn't have got off to a better start? It's the Athletic. Of course, the Athletic launched in the UK in 2019. And Strength of Strength, the Strength. The writers are fantastic. The football coverage is amazing. I've particularly enjoyed reading The Athletic this evening. I've enjoyed Jack Pitt Brooks piece. Of course, after the England game. And we'll be talking a little bit about that later. And I've been enjoying all of the other writers throughout the Euros too, Seb.

Yeah, you know what was super, Joe. There was a piece this morning about how England used data. How they've been preparing for all the scenarios they might face in Euro 2020 and not going to give it a thing away, just read it. Really cool. Had no idea about any of it. So that was a really good start to the day and set me up. It kind of put me in a positive, oh, we might win this game, game, not tournament mode. And I came bound into the office, all happy.
