Yes. Yes, as it's the international break, we've been revisiting an article all about the

FAA's efforts to create the next generation of elite managers.

The athletics Jay Harris has been down to St. George's Park to find

out more and joins us shortly. Yeah, still find it remarkable that an English manager has never actually

won the Premier League and after all the recent progress we've seen in terms of the young

English playing talent I'm excited to hear more about this. Let's welcome Jay

Harris who is the Brentford reporter for the athletic but Jay you've been doing a

little bit of moonlighting on a very

very interesting subject for those who haven't read it tell us more yeah so

basically I was invited to go down and visit St George's Park a couple of weeks ago and get a little bit of an insight into a few players who were former England

internationals who are now trying to become coaches and, I think we're going to talk about that transition

from playing at the top end of the game

to hopefully becoming an elite manager.

Jay, it's interesting as well because, I suppose suppose St George's Park has become such a proud

symbol of English football now or not just from a kind of talent on the pitch point of view, but obviously now, through coaching as well.
