because I know people want to want to get involved and I think a lot of people feel helpless and they're watching their TV and

there's a lot of emotions going on and people are frustrated like what can I do?

I would really like to just kind of jump in here because you know I think what it is and the point of me doing this is

it'll be in a kid that grew up in southeast Ohio in a very white-based culture I did not have the kind of diversity that I think a lot of people really should have and I think there are people that might be in my shoes that would like to learn and they don't know where to turn and that's why we started the conversation

last week and I just want to kind of continue it on and so anybody who is coming at this from a place where I am, like I said today if you just open your ears and

open your heart and you just want to try to understand and you come at this with

some empathy. The more I learn, the more amazed I am and the more I want to

get into this and I want to learn and I think history is a big part of this and just this last week there's a lot of stuff that has come up that I was never aware of and I think especially this week in the news there's a lot of thing about a lot of things about Confederate monuments and you know Confederate general names on bases.

We've had it in South Florida with renaming some streets

and even the Dixie Highway and things like that have come up.

And I think for a lot of white Americans
