home ownership is perfect example. You really have to know your area as a realtor

you've got to know your area because it's like you know I've heard a bunch of

people say it's like a national weather

forecast. You couldn't say like, oh well the weather today and the nation is X, how do most agents who don't have access to the secrets that most successful agents hoard to themselves grow and prosper in today's

competitive real estate environment.

That's the question.
