I think guys are really hurting and they're hurting because we're disconnected.

We're disconnected from ourselves and we're disconnected from others, we're disconnected from nature,

maybe we're disconnected from a creator. That's how desperate we are because we're so isolated

that we think we're the only ones having these problems. By offering men an

opportunity to come together in a group you're providing a roadmap basically to find that wholeness again.

What I realized years ago working with guys is I could say that to you and ask you an emotional question.

If you're the average guy, you'd like try to find the closest door out of the room.

When we can find someone that's downregulated and feels safe, we downregulate. We become more relaxed and that's what we create with these

men are these safe emotionally safe environments where they can start to

learn this because so often going all the way back to our childhood, we didn't have that.
