Absolutely. Dr. Jared Brown is a professor, trainer, researcher, and consultant with multiple

years of experience teaching collegiate courses. Jared has completed for separate master's degree

programs and holds graduate certificates in autism, other health disabilities, and traumatic brain

injuries. He's also published several articles and book chapters. So are you ready to get in to all the goodness because we know this is such

an important topic. But before that, let's just recap a little bit on the pros, cons and

consequences of screen time overuse. Absolutely. So if you're tuning in, obviously we're gearing

this toward kind of the autism community. But if you have a child with any disability or a child without a disability, I think there's going to be a lot of information in here that's going to be applicable to you as a parent. So I don't ever want to put down the use of the internet because there's a lot of benefits

we talked about in part one. I think it is imperative to learn how to use the internet in a safe

and really kind of just pro-social manner. So we really need to make sure we're modeling

those kind of good behaviors to children and those around us.
