I'm your host, Lovan Rumpf, and I'm so happy to be here.

I don't know why I said international. I mean,

well, I guess technically this podcast is international. We do have listeners all over the world. So

wherever you're listening to this at whatever time of the day it might be, welcome and

bienvenitos. I'm so happy to be here with you. No place I'd rather be. Really. Just really wanted to be here,

especially today. My safe place. I always love finding out when my listeners enjoy listening to

the low life, whether it be in the morning or sometimes people will say, low, I like listening

while I do my makeup or get my hair done or do my walks or work out or while I'm

working during the day. Anyway, it just fascinates me because I have a very specific time frame

when I like to listen to my podcast. I do it in the morning. If I do a little nature walk,

always a podcast going and then on my long drives, which I have tons of driving to do always.

So it's nice to have a good podcast on.
