And this can be a really, really tricky time for a lot of reasons.

One, naturally, with the seasons, our energy tends to be

pretty low. With the holidays, there can be a lot of stress. There can be a lot of pressure. The holidays

can also just be a really triggering time. They can be really busy. You can experience a lot of

fomo. We can naturally experience some of the winter blues. There's also a lot

of pressure at work to finish the year strong and to wrap up a lot of projects. And it can just be a lot.

And so I want to talk about finishing the year strong and avoiding the winter blues.

I've seen a lot of talk on social media about this idea of a winter arc, which people

have been talking about since October.
