When we record these podcasts, we don't always know where the conversations are going to go.

We think up an idea, often on the spot, and just go for it.

But sometimes these ideas take us into territory that we weren't expecting them to.

Territory that accesses our own pain.

In this episode, we end up going to a place we felt deserved a warning, a warning for

those of you who may be activated or triggered by the content.

We talk about very personal suicide, suicidality, and suicide attempt stories, as well as cyberbullying.
