0:35.6

It means a lot for everyone who continues to listen to the show.

0:39.3

So thank you. Today's episode is something that I've been meaning to do for a while, and I've

0:47.1

tentatively titled it tools that have been invaluable to me, because I think last year, maybe about a year ago, I did a kind of

0:56.6

rundown episode where I looked at different books and resources that have been useful to me

1:02.4

over that time period, some relating to nutrition and health and some not. So today I want to do

1:08.7

something kind of similar because a lot of people have been essentially asking me since then to do something like that where I talk about some type of resources that I use personally or that I think people would get value from.

And so I started to try and think of how I'd break this up.

1:27.1

1:42.0

that I've tried to think about of what has had the

1:44.6

biggest impact on different areas of my life. That has then influenced the work of being able to do

1:49.7

or the health I've been able to have or what I've been able to do in training, et cetera, et

1:55.7

cetera. So to try and think about, well, how do we even start about putting together a list of tools

2:02.2

that were invaluable?

2:03.6

I decided to think of this in five main categories that I'm going to go through with about

2:09.9

three kind of tools in each of those categories.

2:13.5

So I'm going to talk about first is going to be books, particularly non-nutrition-related books.
