1:18.2 | January 2021 my wife and I decided to move out of California to Arizona and we bought a primary residence and the goal there was to be boots on the ground in a lower cost of living market and start our investing from there. |

1:46.3 | a rental it's one of our best performing rentals in terms of cash flow and appreciation and then has also helped you know fuel we've used the equity in that house to |
