Hello, my fellow historians, happy Sunday. Welcome back to the pod. We had a little time

off there, but we won't have much off going forward. We only have one week off scheduled

for the next like three and a half months. So you can expect maybe a tweak to the schedule

here and there, but we should be going strong for several months with only one, maybe one

more break or two more breaks in there. So lots to come. We'll kick it off this this long

stretch with this description of this convention we went to, not the convention itself so much

as what we learned at it and all the great details about characters mostly and not other

things too. Sean and Ashe and I all went and we got to see a lot of friends there and it was

it was a lot of fun. We didn't expect to do more than just a little bit of reporting on it. You

know, we wouldn't go to a convention and say nothing, but we did not expect to have a whole

episode's worth of things to talk about. So that was a surprise. We didn't prepare for that, but

it we rolled with it and here we are. Sean was that kind of how you went into the con as well. You

didn't expect we'd have a whole lot to say about it or did you have a different kind of approach

or mindset about it? I suppose I didn't think about it actively. Maybe I should have because I

feel in retrospect like, of course we're going to have an episode. I just have to talk about it.

Also, I was surprised to hear as he say that because I assumed we would do an episode on it. That

was the whole point of going to the convention to me was to see West Coast fans get material to

talk about, maybe make some connections in network. Like there was a few things I wanted to do

with the convention and I think it was a success. Yeah, I definitely was a success. I just think

a lot of those things aren't things we normally talk about. Like some of the things we don't have

like a whole episode worth to go on. Like we never did a full we've only done one full episode on

an ice and firecon I think. Yeah, it's just not because they don't have official people talking
