A story I reported this morning with Bloomberg's Donna Hole, Tesla has cancelled or postponed performance

reviews this week and is said to managers, look at everyone that works under you and tell

us who is critical.

And now there's a big worry I'm told from sources internally that big

layoffs are coming and when we broke the story there was a big spike higher in

pre-market you can see we've kind of traded choppy throughout the session, but broadly that's positive to investors right.

Testors talked about looking at costs.

They've done this before using performance reviews as a way of pulling back in certain areas.
