From Pod World Headquarters, this is the Carolina Insider from Learfield.

We're back. Time for another edition of the Carolina Insider, Jones and Adam here with you.

It is 2026, and it is pod and time.

We got a busy show, Carolina, a couple of games since we last joined you, Florida State and SMU.

Tarillo split those games, get a quality win against Florida State who has proven to be playing some good basketball.

They also took Duke to the Wire this past weekend.

And then, boy, Carolina on the wrong side of an offensive avalanche from SMU on Saturday.

And we'll talk a little bit.

We'll focus more on that SMU game since it is the most recent.

Then, as we did during football season, we're not necessarily going to do this every week,

but we're going to bring in somebody to help us kind of talk big picture

about the Tar Heels and where they are and what's happening.

And we brought in former Tar Heel Guard, Kenny Williams,

enjoyed talking to Kenny.

We've had Kenny on the pod before,

but really specifically talking about this year's team and

improvements, things Carolina can do to get better, what they are doing well, etc. So you'll hear

from Kenny coming up in just a minute. Then we'll have Olympic Sports Update, Little Sebastian

List, and more. Adam, what's up?

I think the really the valuable thing about Kenny Williams, not just that he was a great Tar Heel, he's been in a lot of practices with this year's team. He's he's been in a lot of

practices with this coaching staff, so he knows what they're trying to do. He knows this

year's team, this year's personnel, and I think he's going to do a good job of explaining some of those things as they relate specifically to this year. Do you think we should try to do that every week might be hard, Adam? What do you think? I mean, not necessarily with Kenny, although he's great, but I'm just saying like get a former tar heel. Yeah, I think we're not going to officially commit to it right now
