Rhett Lashlee was named the head coach of SMU on November 30, 2021. This is his first head coaching job after serving as an offensive assistant and coordinator for many years with programs like Miami (FL), Auburn and Conneticut. 

In 2018 and 2019, he was SMU's offensive coordinator and quarterback coach. 

Today on the podcast, we talk to Rhett Lashlee about his decision to return to SMU, the importance of culture, trusting in God's guidance and how he's grown as a coach the past few years.
