1:01.5	Many of the buildings are overcrowded and in a degree of disrepair.
1:05.5	Showers and restrooms are inadequate and unsafe.
1:08.8	Food is substandard and many inmates are expected to pay for their meals.
1:12.8	If they can't, in many cases, they don't eat.
1:16.0	Their inadequately supplied to the point where employees have to purchase basic things
1:20.0	required to get through their day that any reasonable person would expect to be provided
1:24.6	for them.
1:25.8	And violence at prisons has seen a frightening spike.
1:28.7	The number of people murdered in prison has skyrocketed over the past two decades, from
1:33.5	an extremely rare and near-on-heard of occurrence in the mid-90s to a constant looming threat
