I was recently in Austin, Texas.

I went to the fabulous on-it facilities down there and sat down with my pal, Kyle Kingsbury

to talk all things, sleep, psychedelics, rights of passage.

We had fun.

I talked a lot about neutropics and psychedelics starting this thing off.

I was actually not on any psychedelics, just a ketone, peanut butter and jelly, bowl,

and a cup of coffee.
