Hasn't been rates that haven't been rates as high for decades, but I got great news for all of you.

Rates only partially matter, and we're going to help you work through some of the, I think,

emotional resistance you might be having to create more transactions because of the higher

interest rates. I know that sounds kind of strange, but here I'll give you a little secret.

When you generate, you don't have to tolerate, which means if you can generate more conversations

Whenever I say, I'm not going to do it, I almost always get on a soapbox. But I hope I'm going to challenge myself. There's every reason to believe that Julie nice predictions about this being the start of a generational housing boom are playing out, not as we'd predicted in the order in which we thought they would, but I'm
