So for those of you people out there that have been,

I've taken advantage of the employee retention tax credit.

And John, you and I have talked about this numerous times over the years.

This is a significant tax credit on your payroll taxes that related during the pandemic period

2020 and 2021 if you were impacted by COVID you could claim this this credit

back and it was substantial for a lot of businesses well because it was so substantial for a lot of businesses. Well, because it was so substantial,

a lot of bad actors got involved.
