| 1:11.2 | I mean, the upper limit of those millennials are, you know, 40 now, you know? |
| 1:15.9 | So these are people that have been in the workplace now for a bit and, you know, quite many |
| 1:21.1 | of them naturally they get nudged, they want to be their own boss and go out on their |
| 1:25.9 | own. |
