1:11.4	side or whatever. We're going to let you do that, even though you may have already got to the
1:15.9	ball and should be just getting on with it. No longer subject to fines, so for bad timings or
1:23.0	timings or excessive shot times during the majors and reducing the fine structure.

1:32.2	introducing to reducing excessive shot times fine from $10,000 to $5,000.
