So first let's talk about the pros and cons of sleeping in.

One perk is that you'll have a better workout next time. That's based on a 2013 study that found

that people who slept longer each night ended up having longer, higher quality workouts.

But a different 2013 study found a pretty major drawback.

It found that skipping 30 minutes of sleep in favor of 30 minutes of moderate to heavy physical activity
