And I love the way that they've tried to tie it into the takeover things.

But the big picture concept here, which was apparently in the works even before, I don't know,

which is the Disney company own town in Florida.

And some kind of insane, Adam Newman idea of like real estate as tech platform.

It's basically taking, it's mashing up, you know, the traditional media sort of empire elements to, oh, tech.
