Summary
My intention with today’s episode is to remind you that you’re more than your body. There’s nothing wrong with wanting to take care of yourself, move your body, or eat healthy, but don’t let it be at the expense of your mental health or relationship with food or your body.

| 0:37.4 | what Skinny Talk is, why I believe |
| 0:39.5 | it's harmful. But I do want to just put this disclaimer out that I'm not a doctor. I'm just a girl. |

| 0:51.2 | I think talking about things like eating disorders can be very difficult |
| 0:55.8 | and you can get a lot of pushback because it is such a sensitive subject. But I think as someone |
| 1:01.6 | who has struggled with it and I'm now in my later 20s, I think as like an older adult, not an |
| 1:08.6 | older adult, I'm not like old, but like I think someone who has |
