0:51.8	biggest fan and I think you're just brilliant and I can't I know you've been making more videos on like social media trying to educate us on inflammation and you know what I mean like just help understand like the real nitty gritty stuff and so that's what I'm hoping today we can dive into a little bit you know and just go into a little bit.

1:16.4	inflammation, right? Because everybody talks about inflammation like it's a bad thing.
1:21.6	Inflammation is not bad.
1:23.8	So what is inflammation, especially on the skin?
1:26.4	So, inflammation happens, especially when it's, let's start with the skin thing.
1:32.3	It happens when the skin's defensive
1:34.3	responses are active against a various stimuli such as microbial invasion it could
1:39.8	be an allergic substance it could be physical harm, or chemical irritants.
1:44.8	And this response is orchestrated by the immune system, and this takes place by a complex series of cellular molecular mechanisms.
1:55.0	And at the end, the main goal is to get rid of the culprit and initiate tissue repair.
