Usually I'm asked this in the context of my dismissal of the belief that UFOs are alien

visitors, which is, of course, a very different question.

Today, I'm going to give the standard answer to the question of whether we're truly alone,

by standard, I mean what the overwhelming majority of physicists and cosmologists would

have to say.
