I'm Ryan Mink, here with Garrett Downing, fresh off our 4th of July break, back feeling rejuvenated.

And we are going to dive into the Ravens' AFC North opponents and kind of break down what they've done this offseason and give our perspective.

There's some big news this past week in the division. And Garrett, just big picture, the Ravens have

won the AFC North two straight years. No team has ever won it three consecutive seasons. So the

Ravens have their work cut out for them historically. Of course, we've talked all about how we think this is

You know the most complete Ravens team that we've seen here in a long time maybe the best roster in the NFL

So I think the Ravens are up to the task

But the AFC North remains daunting

There's a lot there's a lot of very good teams in this division

It's not going to be easy to pull off

the three piece. So we're going to dive into it. We'll start with the Steelers because they do

have the fresh news, which there's not much in July, but they made a blockbuster trade last week.

They traded for Pro Bowl cornerback, Jalen Ramsey, and tight end, Johnny Smith, and they traded

away Pro Bowl safety, Mika Fitzpatrick.

So first, Garrett, what did you think of that trade as you were relaxing during the Fourth

of July week off?

Yeah, I mean, I think first and foremost, I was, the AFC North clearly wants to get as many

good cornerbacks as possible.

The Ravens just brought in Jair, Alexander, and now the Steelers add Jalen Ramsey as, so you look at it,

and it's like, there's a lot of good receivers in this division.

Of course, you got Jamar Chase and T. Higgins and Cincinnati.
