But before we get to that,

let's talk a little bit about Cody on Special Forces this week.

This wasn't as intense Cody episode as last week.

But I found this utterly fascinating.

I think that they showed us more about their relationship and that little

clip than they have in a long time on sister wives, which is this. So if you're not following the show,

essentially they're down to the last six people, they're down to the last two days, and they're

really getting into the psychological torture of things. So like what happens if we, so one of the things

is we're going to show you a video from

your loved ones and get you all triggered and all worked up and upset and then we're going to i don't

know send you out to do something and so kind of to see if people get rattled by that yeah how it affects
