We are going to try to recap some of the biggest opinions from the term before discussing the court's themes of the last term

and then ending with a quick segment about how this podcast fits into the legal culture surrounding the court.

Obviously, this includes a 30 minute discussion of the court's arm-cruir criminal act cases just kidding or maybe not.

We thought we would start with the Department of Commerce versus New York, the big census citizenship case.

That was probably the most anticipated case of the term.

It came down on the last day of the term.

Maybe I'll give a quick overview of the case and then there's a lot to talk about.
