The world's most powerful drug kingpin was in a U.S. court Friday on weapons, money laundering and drug trafficking charges. Ismael Zambada Garcia, also known as "El Mayo," founded the Sinaloa cartel with Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman. He was arrested at an airstrip in the U.S. with one of El Chapo's sons. He's known for being a longtime partner of El Chappo, and the son who was arrested alongside

a cartel faction known as Los Chappitos. So these are both incredibly high-ranking
