Hi and thanks for tuning in. Today I am bringing you a list of 10 simple things that I say to my kids.

And not surprising, even though my kids are older now, these are still things that I say to my kids all the time.

Most of these phrases will work and really be meaningful for kids of all ages.

Before we get into that, I want to comment a little bit about last week's episode with Eve Rodzky.

Got a lot of feedback on that episode, and it was either love it or hate it.

A lot of people really enjoyed and took away a lot from the episode, and a lot of others were really upset by it.
