Good afternoon. Duane here. Hebrews, the book of Hebrews in the New Testament, Chapter 11.

I've been asked about what version of the Bible I use, what version I believe in.

I use the King James Bible. I believe it is the best translation for the English

language now there's many that disagree and that's that's I'm just telling you

what I believe okay and it's what I know and it's what I trust but I'm not

gonna say that it's the only real translation. It's only good

translation. I don't know much about the others. This is what I grew up with. This is what I have

studied for years. This is what has proven itself to touch my heart. And so it's what I use.

Okay. So if you want to follow along, you're like what why do I get what I read

why does yours read different mine that's why that's all okay now so in the book of Hebrews um which is

in the New Testament over getting close to the end of the New Testament chapter 11 I just real real easy

this evening chapter 11 verse number one says faith now faith is the substance of things

hope for the evidence of things not seen there's a lot of misunderstanding about

faith today and there's a lot of misunderstanding about well I don't want to use

that word because it's misused so much about being born again we'll use that word because it's misused so much about being born again we'll use that okay

Jimmy Carter I think made that prevalent in his day but about true Christianity okay

and I've already had people write me and I've had people write me before.
