So they could build and build on the stadium. Sure. So they told me that at the World Series last year for one

of the games, they had 40,000 people inside the stadium. Yeah. And then they had another 60,000 people all around the stadium. Wow. Restaurants they built. Yeah. Big park areas with big stream TVs. It's a cool complex. So you can go there and hang out for the day and. Yeah. And 100%. Yeah. That's cool. Yeah. Even when there's not a game there. There's enough stuff to do around the state. There is. Yeah. It seems to be the new thing and professional sports is to build something around these stadiums that keeps the crowds coming to these restaurants or whatever else. Well, it's what you need to because the

worst thing is if you build a stadium, hoping that comes, which I think some teams have done. Like the marlins have done that in Miami. Yeah. And then they don't build up around it. Then he just got a ballpark that no one thinks around. There's not a game. Just empty. Right. So like, give me the, the like extra innings. Yeah. The flight. Everything was good. Yeah. I made the flight. You know, I'm a nervous. Nelly. I didn't know. I don't get it close. I don't do that. Yeah. I don't. I had a seven o'clock flight. So that game could have gone 25 innings. I still would have made my flight. Right. But there were people.
