It's Hannah again.

I know, they've let me go wild with the talking this weekend.

Last week, on the hottest day of the

year so far Mick and I went to the beautifully air-conditioned Imperial War

Museum in London to talk to Joe Wheeler the author of a brilliant new book The Hurricane Girls

and we had a great day to be honest Imperial War Museum were worth a visit

plus picked up some great pictures of some women at Greenham Common in the gift shop. Bonus.

But back to that interview, Joe's book is about women who were in the ATA and flu planes during the Second World War and as if talking to Joe

wasn't excited enough. We also spoke to Candy Adkins whose mom Jackie Mogridge

was one of those women and in fact was one of just five women to get

her wings exciting. Anyway we had a great time talking to them so that's what this

chops is. Just before you tuck into that, just to let you know. We have a second
