Summary

It's pretty easy to spot a silly story when you see one but usually it's about things far less important than life or death.  That's why I'm so offended by Ukraine's "offer" to negotiate with Russia.  This story is a complete sham and an insult to those families with dying and injured loved ones.  How shameful.    Kari Lake is the latest Republican to learn fighting the outcome of an election is a waste of time.  But while she lost her court fight, she's lost something more important by doing it.    70 percent of all Southwest flights were cancelled Monday and another 50 flights at KCI were cancelled Tuesday morning at 5:00 am.  I've got a couple stranded kids... they're adults and will be just fine.  But this is avoidable and Southwest should be held accountable to put their profits over all these people.    The Denver Broncos fire Nathaniel Hackett and a couple of his assistants.  Now we'll tell you what it will cost the team to fire quarterback Russell Wilson.  This team burning down is fun to watch.    Tua is hurt again for the Dolphins and a billionaire has a chunk of land on the Strip in Vegas where he'd like to build a stadium and lure an MLB team.  We have the details.

Through the years I've had the good fortune or the misfortune, depending on how you look at it,

of covering many stories that I deem to be just

silly. Largely, they were stories that were presented by newsmakers, whether it be coaches

0:28.0

or people in the news or whatever, that just came up with some silly stuff or were absolutely

0:34.8

clueless in what they were talking about, or you couldn't take seriously. Some of these examples would be when Gunther Cunningham was the coach of the chiefs and he didn't have a two-point conversion chart. He had no idea when to go for two points and when not to go for two points. We pressed him on that and it seemed silly because he just, he didn't care. As a former defensive coordinator, that's just something that didn't, it was not very

serious. He just didn't care about two-point conversions and when it was time to try

to tie the game.

As a defensive coach, he just was something he never thought about.

And so he didn't care.

Trey Hillman wasn't a very serious manager for the Royals.

There were just some people that were kind of silly.

Frank Gans was once the head coach of the chiefs.
