1:00.9	So this is important because we always get people jumping on and saying, I can't get into multifamily.
1:05.9	I'm too young. I don't have enough money.
1:08.3	What made you want to get into multifamily at such a young age?
1:12.0	Yeah.
1:12.3	So, you know, I always wanted to be an entrepreneur.
1:16.2	But I think for a while I thought that would take the form of being like a CEO of some kind of unicorn tech startup.
1:23.7	You have to remember that when I grew up in the early 2010s, and so everybody's prime
1:28.2	idea of successful entrepreneurship was like rich tech startup nerd. So coming from a family of
1:34.9	engineers, I really kind of seemed poised for that. But I realized at some point what I wanted to do
