Who preaches about it who talks about it? No one does because we don't know how to do it. We're so like... Who preaches about it? No one does because we don't know how to disconnect. We don't know how to just that discipline of just relaxing.

Being quiet, like we're always, like the TV's got to be on, you know, you people when we do our sermon prep, we got our music blaring.
