1:18.3	Here's a trick. Here's a trick. A mistake that people make is they just go and hire somebody
1:23.7	without really having a plan and knowing what they're hiring that person into and they don't have
1:27.8	SOPs standard operating procedures. They don't have a system or systems in place. And so that new
1:34.5	person wants to help the business owner and they really do, but they really can't. Even if they're
1:39.1	talented, their talent is wasted. Right. So a sign could be that you're overwhelmed. Right.

1:46.0	I mean, it can be scary, probably going from the solopreneur to starting to think about hiring
