1:07.4	asked me is because this is a younger guy in ministry and he was looking at how many situations he knew personally of ministries
1:16.2	that had ended poorly. Sometimes it was in terms of moral failures and
1:21.5	dissolution but for the most part that wasn't it.
1:24.0	It was instead seeing people that he had admired in ministry who ended angry and bitter,
1:32.0	sabotaging their successors or any number of situations like that.
1:37.8	And he just said, how do we know that we're not going to be like that when we're that age.
