0:57.9	been in the news quite a bit, especially for parents because the Obama administration handed down what the New York
1:05.2	Times called a decree to public school systems all over the country, essentially said that
1:10.8	they could not differentiate between the sexes when it comes to
1:15.6	showers and changing rooms and and so forth as they apply to a transgender
1:21.7	persons and according to this edict from apply to a transgender persons.
1:23.0	And according to this edict from the Obama administration,
1:26.5	the definition of who is a transgender person
1:30.4	is something that is by self-claim only and so no verification either from a
1:36.8	physician or a psychiatrist or anyone else is needed and so parents are asking themselves what does this mean for us but they're
1:45.1	also asking how do we talk to our children about these issues and I think one of
1:51.8	the reasons why a lot of parents are asking that
1:54.4	is because many of them really wanted to avoid this confusing complicated
2:01.0	question from their kids for all sorts of good reasons and many of
