1:09.0	where he's asking about how to deal with disagreements with people and authority in the church.
1:16.1	And this is what he says.
1:17.1	He says, Dr. Moore, I'm a music minister in a mid-sized church.
1:20.9	And my senior pastor and I would disagree on some of the things that he preaches and I don't know what to do.
1:29.0	I feel relatively alone and I'm not sure whether I should confront him or whether I should leave.
1:36.0	What I try to do right now is to affirm him when he preaches biblical truth.
1:40.3	So should I do more?
1:42.0	Should I sacrifice my position and influence in the church
1:45.9	in order to confront the areas where we have disagreement?
1:49.6	Well, I suppose the answer to that would be first of all what sorts of disagreements
1:55.2	you're actually having now the the reality that this this man is
2:00.1	experiencing as a minister of music is something that you may well have in your own
2:05.3	situation, your own church, you may not be on staff, but you may be a lay leader within a congregation.
