Welcome back to the history of the Papacy podcast.

I am, as always, Steve, your host for this podcast about the history of the popes of Rome.

This is the first of hopefully many, quote-unquote, sidetrack episodes.

This will be a new feature of the History of the papacy podcast, where we will take a few moments to discuss a topic, biography of a famous person,
