to spend money for $60 for a martini or $25 for water or $100 for breakfast.

Downtown in Las Vegas, I'm told, has cut prices reduced everything, no parking charges, and it's doing very well.

But what chef calls the strip,

the high-profile hotels. It has the convention business, but not people wandering in.

We also talk about Las Vegas growing happily into its F-1 event every fall now.

Also speaking to Richard Epstein about two Supreme Court cases

that federal district judges are challenging in some fashion.

One about birthright citizenship, Supreme Court has ruled that a temporary restraining order by a federal district judge can only apply to the district in front of him, the case in front of him, not to the nationwide, pretty much

decided the same thing about the other case that's come up, which has to do with the ability

of the executive branch to fire people.

There is a temporary restraining order that is now overturned, and the Trump administration is going

forward with separating people from the federal government.

Logical.

People get fired.
